Tracy O’Connell is a partner with the law firm of Ellis Painter. Tracy has been practicing law for over 30 years, mainly in civil litigation. Tracy enjoys volunteering and has worked with all segments of our community, from the young (Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia) to the elderly (Senior Citizens, Inc.). However, her work as an advocate for Melissa over the last eight years through Citizen Advocacy has been the most rewarding.
